1. Project Cancellation

• Either party may cancel the project with written notice.
• If you cancel after the project has started, you will be billed for the work completed up to that point.
• The advance payment (usually 50%) is non-refundable.

2. Refunds

• No refunds will be issued once the design or development work has started.
• If a project is delayed or canceled due to lack of client response for over 30 days, it may be closed, and no refund will be provided.

3. Service-Based Refunds

• Refunds do not apply to services like domain registration, hosting, third-party plugins, or digital tools purchased on your behalf.

4. Quality Assurance

We encourage feedback and include revisions to ensure satisfaction. If you’re unhappy, please let us know early so we can resolve it.
